Brought up in Riyadh, Ambassador Sultan Bin Fahad Bin Khuzaim received his primary education at King Faisal Schools. He enrolled in King Saud University where he attained a Bachelor of Political Sciences in year 2002. After joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he joined the Prince Saud Al-Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies and completed a Higher Diploma in Diplomatic Studies in 2009. In 2012, He was posted to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in the United Kingdom, where he continued his studies at the University of London and he earned a Master of Science in Global Politics in 2014. He was then appointed to the Western Europe Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, serving as Assistant Director and later Director, before being appointed Director General of the European Affairs Department in 2020. In 2023, a Royal Decree was issued appointing him Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Australia.
